What moves the price.
Keeping the toilet, tub and sink where they are saves the most. Moving them means opening the floor.
Older Ozarks houses often have galvanized supply lines, cast iron drains, or framing that is out of square. We find it when the old wall comes out, and Joe tells you what it changes before the work goes on.
Large format tile needs a flatter floor and wall than small tile. Mosaic on a shower floor takes more labor.
Frameless costs more than framed. It is measured after the tile is set.
