Install and repair, both seasons
- Cooling: AC repair and replacement, sized for the house instead of guessed, because an oversized unit short-cycles and an undersized one never catches up in August.
- Heating: furnace repair and install, and the gas line work that goes with it done by people licensed for gas.
- New construction: HVAC alongside the plumbing on new builds, one schedule, one shop.
Why a plumbing and mechanical shop is the right shape
Half of HVAC is water and gas: condensate that has to drain, gas lines that have to be sized and tested, and equipment that ties into the same mechanical space as your water heater. One licensed shop covering both sides means the whole mechanical room gets looked at by someone responsible for all of it, not a lane.
What moves the price
Repair or replaceSame honesty as water heaters: if a part buys you years, fix it. If the unit is old and the failure is the expensive kind, you'll hear the real math.
Size of the houseEquipment is sized to the load. Bigger or leakier houses need more capacity, and getting it right is most of the comfort.
Ductwork conditionA new unit on bad ducts wastes money. If the ducts are the problem, Joe says so instead of selling you a bigger unit.
Gas and electrical scopeNew runs, venting, or circuit work move the number, and they're quoted up front like everything else.

No heat tonight and it's freezing. Who do I call?
The same 24/7 number as a burst pipe. No heat in a cold snap threatens your pipes too, which makes it exactly the kind of call the emergency line exists for.
Do you do seasonal maintenance?
Ask Joe when you call. A checkup before the first heat wave or cold snap is cheap insurance, and he'll tell you honestly what your equipment does and doesn't need.
Is financing available on a new system?
Yes, on the bigger jobs. Ask when you call and Joe will lay out the options.
Burst pipe? No hot water? Sewage backup?
While you wait:
