Garbage disposal repair
A lot of disposal trouble is a jam. Something hard gets wedged inside, the motor hums and won't turn, and the reset button on the bottom keeps tripping. A jam can usually be cleared without replacing anything.
A leak where the disposal meets the sink, or at a hose on its side, is a connection we fix. Water from the sink connection can also run down the outside and drip off the bottom, so we check where it starts. When the body of the disposal itself leaks, the seals inside have failed, and that one gets a new disposal.
Garbage disposal replacement
We replace worn out disposals and install new ones. When the dishwasher drains through the disposal, we knock out the new unit's dishwasher plug and set the hose with a high loop or an air gap.
If you already bought a disposal, we'll install it. The maker's warranty covers the unit, and our guarantee covers the work.
