An open trench running from the yard to the house

Wellhouse froze again? We close it up for winter.

Wellhouse Repair, Freeze Protection & Underground Well Line Replacement in Springfield, MO

In a hard Ozarks freeze, air gets through gaps in a wellhouse and freezes the plumbing. We fix what froze and close it up so the next hard freeze doesn't shut your water off. When the line between the well and the house fails underground, we dig it up and replace it.

Freeze season is coming. If your wellhouse froze last winter, call us before the next hard freeze, not after it.

Wellhouse Repair and Freeze Protection

If you lose water every hard freeze, freezing air is usually getting into the wellhouse and reaching the plumbing. A lot of wellhouses do this, and we can fix it. We insulate, seal the gaps, and add safe heat where it's needed so it stops happening every winter. Call us before the next hard freeze.

Joe has worked on wellhouses across Strafford, Rogersville, Fair Grove, and Marshfield for years, and he looks at what the system is doing before he swaps any parts.

Well Lines From the Casing to the House

We find leaks and failures underground, then trench and replace the line with our backhoe and a licensed operator. Joe runs the backhoe himself. Weak pressure at every tap can come from a leak in the line between the well house and your home, so it's one of the first things we look at when the tank and switch check out.

One shop does the plumbing and the digging, so there's no finger pointing between a digger and a plumber if something's wrong. You call one number for the whole job.

Utility Locates Come First

We have buried utilities marked before we dig. Missouri's 811 locate service marks buried gas, power, and phone lines at no cost. We wait for the locates so we don't hit a gas or power line. That keeps your property and the crew safe.

What Moves the Price

Length and Depth of the RunA long, deep line from the wellhouse takes more time and moves more dirt than a short, shallow one.
What's in the WayRock, mature tree roots, driveways, and landscaping all change how we dig. A lot of the ground around here is limestone.
The Wellhouse ItselfSealing and insulating a sound wellhouse costs less than fixing one that's falling apart.
Surface RepairWe tell you up front what your yard will look like after we backfill and what it takes to put it back.
Joe looks at the site and gives you a price before any digging starts. Text a photo of the wellhouse and where the line runs, and he'll tell you what he sees.

You'll have a trench in the yard while we work. Before we start, we show you how much ground it'll disturb and tell you what yard repair is on you and what's on us. We backfill it neatly when we're done.
Do you work on the well itself or just the house plumbing?
Everything from the well casing to your taps: the pump, controls, pressure tank, wellhouse plumbing, and the buried line to the house. One licensed shop does all of it, digging included.

“I was without water for 4 days. I called this man, not even 24 hours ago, literally not 24 hours ago. He scheduled me an appointment was here done exactly what he said he was going to do and he done it with precision. He didn't cut any corners or try to rig anything up.”
